Attorney Alexander Dgebuadze to Speak at 2015 AILA Paralegals Conference

Attorney Alexander Dgebuadze is scheduled to speak on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at a panel for “Key Legal Concepts in the PERM Process” at the 2015 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Paralegals Conference.  Hosted by AILA, the conference will take place at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. The two-day beginner/intermediate level conference is designed to give paralegals and law office support staff a comprehensive overview of the various areas of immigration law, including H-1B visas, L visas, PERM, adjustment of status vs. consular processing, marriage-based immigrant petitions, I-601/I-601A waivers, asylum and removal, applications for citizenship, executive action, H-4 work authorization, L-1B specialized knowledge, and ethics.  Mr. Dgebaudze’s panel will focus on case strategies, prevailing wage determinations, and pre-filing recruitment processes as involved in PERM applications.
