President Biden Revokes Immigrant Visa Ban

On February 24, 2021, President Biden issued a Proclamation revoking the existing proclamation signed by former President Trump originally enacted in April 2020 that suspended certain immigrant visas.

This new proclamation does not revoke the suspension on H-1B and other nonimmigrant visas, which is currently set to expire at the end of March.
