USCIS to Increase Premium Processing Fees on Feb. 26, 2024

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today that it will increase the filing fees for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing.

The new fees will be:

  • $2,805 for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, for E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-3, L-1A, L-1B, LZ, O-1, O-2, P-1, P-1S, P-2, P-2S, P-3, P-3S, Q-1, TN-1, and TN-2 status.
  • $1,685 for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, for H-2B and R-1 status.
  • $2,805 for Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, for the Employment-based (EB) classifications EB-11, EB-12, EB-13, EB-2 (non-NIW and NIW), and EB-3.
  • $1,965 for Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status for F-1, F-2, M-1, M-2, J-1, and J-2 status.
  • $1,685 for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, for certain F-1 students with categories C03A, C03B, C03C.

The new premium processing fees will go into effect on February 26, 2024.  Any requests for premium processing postmarked on or after this date with the incorrect filing fee with be rejected, and the fee will be returned.
