Colleen Croal has worked in the field of employment-based immigration law since 1999. She is a member of the firm’s management team responsible for operations. Ms. Croal focuses on drafting nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases for a wide range of professionals, including physicians, scientists, engineers and other professionals who serve at innovative companies, medical centers and institutions of higher education. She has extensive experience with PERM labor certifications and preparing extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, and national interest waiver petitions.
Ms. Croal is committed to providing excellent client service as well as support to the firm's partners with her comprehensive understanding of business immigration.
Ms. Croal holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
