H-1B Initial Electronic Registration Selection Process Completed for FY 2026

On March 31, 2025, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it has received enough electronic registrations during the initial registration period to reach the numerical allocations for the statutory H-1B visa regular cap (65,000 visas) and the U.S. advanced degree exemption cap (20,000 visas) for the fiscal year 2026 and that the H-1B lottery selection process has been completed.
